Overall responsibility for the quantity surveying function and commercial performance of all allocated contracts, including maximising working capital at a contract level. The Quantity Surveyor is responsible, in conjunction with the Civils Operations personnel, for the financial management and performance of all allocated contracts (including measurement, valuation, payment, and reporting).
