WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH: You will report to the Global Apparel Materials Team (GLAM) and provide critical support to partners during seasonal color development initiatives within the Energy team. Your collaboration will extend across key stakeholders, including product managers, design, technical development, Global Product Creation Centers (PCC), and Product Risk Engineering. As an essential member of Nike’s Color Development community, you will serve as both a mentor and an expert resource, guiding others and sharing your knowledge to foster excellence in color development across the organization. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Color Developer to join the Global Apparel Materials team. This role requires strong expertise in digital color measurement to guide vendors on color achievability and support innovation in Nike’s digital color capabilities. You will apply deep knowledge of textiles, coloration methods, and colorfastness testing to ensure timely lab dip approvals and maintain high color quality standards.
