- Manage relationships with Sydney Water’s complex high-value business customers - Based from our St Marys office with a large field-based element - EA Level 14: $148,386.65 base salary plus super plus fleet vehicle About the role: Are you an experienced Account Manager or Business Consultant with technical expertise in trade waste or similar highly regulated industry? This is an excellent opportunity to join our Business Customer Accounts’ team as a Trade Waste Account Manager. This senior, field-based role will build trusted partnerships with Sydney Water’s most complex and high-value business customers—those who need tailored, non-standard servicing solutions. Based at St Marys, you’ll be largely field based, regularly visiting customer sites and Sydney Water depots to deliver strategic support and expert guidance. You’ll play a key role in identifying and presenting opportunities to introduce innovative, unregulated products and services that drive better outcomes.
