Job description

Essential Duties Essential duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature. Other duties may be assigned. - Effective deployment of KIMS and quality standardization in support of overall OpEx objectives across the Insulation sites. - Implement, maintain and audit overall KIMS . - Guide and coordinate the creation and implementation of KINA’s Health, Safety, and Planet Passionate (Environmental) programs - Provide coaching and support to the Management Team, Plant Management Teams, and Line Managers to achieve KINA’s Health, Safety, and Planet Passionate objectives. - Track and report performance metrics to enhance decision-making regarding Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and to embed HSE into business strategies. - Ensure compliance with all company principles, policies, and requirements related to Health, Safety, and Planet Passionate goals. - Maintain adherence to HSE-related legal and other requirements and establish a local network of internal and external contacts, including authorities and industry groups. - Ensure compliance to all standards, certifications and specifications. - Actively lead and support compliance while working closely with a...
