Production Supervisor-Houston, TX Position Snapshot: A Production Supervisor is commonly expected to direct and coordinate manufacturing operations of a single shift to meet company objectives and standards. This would include but not be limited to employee relations, safety, quality, efficiency, quantity, training, environmental compliance and to coach associates in continuous improvement always serving as a positive role model by setting a good example. Works daily to ensure assigned areas of responsibility are working with risk lowered to As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) specifically in an effort to achieve ZERO HARM so no injuries, illness or negative impact occurs to employees, property, the environment or the community.
