Pay Grade: 32S Context of Job: University of Delaware Information Technologies (UDIT) ( www.it.udel.edu ) provides the IT infrastructure, central IT systems and applications, and IT services for University of Delaware teaching, learning, research, administrative, and outreach activities. The Enterprise Solutions & Governance team delivers enterprise system services that support the University’s administrative functions, student and faculty success, and campus services. This includes full lifecycle ownership of ERP platforms, integrated applications, and shared enablement capabilities, from strategy and solution design through implementation, operations, and continuous improvement. In addition, the team provides enterprise-wide governance, strategic planning, and project management services that support all IT units by establishing clear prioritization, alignment to institutional goals, and disciplined, transparent delivery of technology initiatives.
