In addition to a base wage, every associate is eligible for quarterly profit sharing!! Various shifts are available and off shifts include additional shift differential pay. Essential Job Functions: •Provide direct support to production team in a fast-paced environment through the measurement of parts and the adjustment of precision CNC machines. •Maintain current manufacturing processes and standards, performing tool changes and offsets on multiple types of CNC machines, troubleshoot issues as they arise and drive to root cause utilizing A3/A4’s, PDCA and identify improvement areas within the process •Work hand-in-hand with the manufacturing engineer to make changes and improvements to ensure the safety, quality, production, and cost goals are being met •Perform quality audits using standard inspection equipment to ensure parts meet print specifications - Monitor and identify potential tooling improvements and conduct tooling tests with outside suppliers and manufacturing engineer Basic Qualifications and Skills: •Understanding of component m...
