Pay Range: $32.00 - $48.00 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Regional Float Pool. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands on acute patient care at the bedside. This role offers a $20/hour regional float differential! Position Specifics: o Department: Regional Float Pool o Core Function: Nursing o Schedule: Nights, 36 hrs/week, 7:00pm - 7:00am o Facility: St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital, Holy Family Hospital o Location: O’Fallon, IL, Highland, IL, Breese, IL, and Greenville, IL Education Diploma or Associates degree in nursing is required. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Experience: 2 year of relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in specialty area is preferred.
