Junior Project Manager The Junior Project Manager supports the successful delivery of Fire projects by providing administrative and operational coordination to the installation team. This role works closely with Project Managers, technicians, subcontractors, and the Sales team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in compliance with project requirements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales to Project Conversion: Acknowledge customer orders and introduce the assigned Project Manager once projects move into delivery Close iSales and Zoho tickets and enter project details into Pronto Create and maintain project folders and ensure documentation from sales is properly filed Support the Sales team with contract administration and project onboarding Project & Operational Support: Raise purchase orders, receipt supplier invoices, and manage credits or minor PO adjustments Assist with defect and compliance-related repair quotations Respond to customer enquiries and service requests Coordinate communication between Project Managers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams Schedule technicians, coordinate site access,...
