Job Description: As a Comparative Medicine Intern, you will participate in all three pillars of Comparative Medicine – vivarium, regulatory and technical. Have the opportunity to gain experience with various study designs (pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, toxicology, etc.) and assist in vivo studies supporting multiple therapeutic areas. While maintaining a core focus on learning and demonstrating rodent in vivo technical skills, as well as learning basic vivarium operations concepts including husbandry, veterinary care, and welfare regulations. Additionally, you will participate in Vivarium Lean Management and Operational Excellence initiatives and obtain Lean Six Sigma certification at the white belt and yellow belt levels.
