Position Summary Supports Heritage Academy schools and principals in their effort to foster an optimal educational environment for scholars. Assists in the supervision of the daily activities of the Hero Club Program at the school where the program is located. Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervise the daily activities of the Kids Club Program at the school where the program is located - Supervises children during play activities meeting their needs for attention, guidance, and safety - Provides all children with creative, challenging activities and the older children with study time Maintains interpersonal environment that: - Provides warmth and affection to all children equally - Fosters self-esteem, respect for others and independence - Provides for individual differences and abilities - Establishes good communication with parents - Maintains daily enrollment records and keeps on file enrollment and emergency forms - Maintains tuition records and collections - Maintains the physical environment of the Kids Club room and play area - Leaves center clean, materials put away, and rooms locked - Stays with any child not picked up on time, calling parents or emergency pick-up pers...
