Patient acuity - aneurysm related, clipped/coiled, brain tumors-resection/radiation, gunshots, brain cases of unknown origin- Trach/pegs, bronchs, burr hole for drainage, lumbar punctures and drain placement, TTE/TEE, central line placements including swan ganz catheter. RN assists MD under sterile conditions with procedures.
