Clark Site Director - Early Childhood Education Salary: $70,000+ (Determined on Education Level and Experience) Job Purpose: Provide oversight for the day-to-day operations of an Early Childhood Education program. Monitor quality of programming, engage in quality improvement activities, and participate in program development. Essential Job Duties: - Provide oversight to assigned Early Childhood Education program by ensuring compliance with licensing, Council on Accreditation, National Association for the Education of Young Children, Title XX, and Nebraska Department of Education requirements. - Provide first and second level supervision to Center staff, including: hiring, orientation, and performance management in accordance with CSI policies and procedures. In addition, supervision includes: o Monthly in-office supervision of staff that addresses the primary challenges experienced by the staff in collaborating with each client. o Monthly meetings with staff groups, informing them of common issues and facilitating joint discussion and problem-solving. o Careful monitoring of the work of the Ear...
