Overview Partner – General Liability (New York) Kelley Kronenberg is seeking a Partner to join our General Liability practice in New York . This role is designed for an experienced litigator prepared to manage a sophisticated caseload, mentor junior talent, and contribute to the firm's strategic growth in the New York metropolitan market. Key Responsibilities: Case Management: Lead and manage a diverse General Liability caseload from inception through trial or resolution within the New York court systems. Litigation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive litigation plans, including high-stakes depositions, mediations, and appearances in New York State and Federal courts. Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise associate attorneys and legal support staff, providing guidance on case development, local rules, and professional growth. Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance carriers and corporate clients, ensuring high-level service and reporting.
