The role: As a Fleet Operations Specialist, you support Key Account Managers with a strong focus on the German fleet market . You ensure the reliable operational execution of fleet programs, working closely with internal teams as well as external stakeholders such as leasing companies, logistics partners and fleet customers. This role requires a structured and detail oriented working style, strong IT affinity and the ability to work within defined processes, even when those processes are still evolving. You focus on operational quality, data accuracy and realistic, well prepared improvements rather than theoretical concepts.
