Senior Specialist, Client Operations

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Processing - Conventional Debt to join our Conventional Trust Client Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: - Provide complex analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate Client Processing systems. - Manage moderate to complex external client issues and directly advise other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues. - Meet with organizational units/teams to ensure problems and issues are addressed appropriately and resolved in a timely manner. - Participate in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure products continue to accurately and efficiently process high value transactions.
