About the Role: The Community and Families Caseworker will be responsible for delivering culturally safe, trauma informed, strengths based early intervention services under the CAFS Community Strengthening and Wellbeing and Safety program activities. The role works alongside Aboriginal children, young people, families and communities to strengthen community connection, wellbeing and cultural identity, reduce risk factors associated with child abuse, neglect and family violence, and build family capacity, safety and self-determination.
