As an Assistant Program Director, you will be responsible for assisting the Program Director in management of all program services and operations. Ensure community safety and effective program operation through internal and external monitoring of client activities and program services. Assume duties and responsibilities in the absence of the Program Director. In this position, the responsibilities will be: Staff Development and Supervision: Supervise staff work and shift activities, relating to both security and case management, and oversee staff response to all shift problems and emergency incidents.
