Key Responsibilities: - Lead multiple design teams in daily operations - Develop staffing needs, distribute work to teams to level workload - Work with team leaders/project managers to monitor overall health of projects (scope, schedule, budget, etc.) - Monitor group workload, utilization, billable hours - Work with Civil Service Line leaders to identify additional staffing needs (i.e. training, personnel) - Mentor staff while executing office and company growth plan - Proposal / contract pre...
