Description Company: Caliber Paving - Established California-based contractor expanding into Arizona About the Role: We are expanding into the Phoenix market and seeking a driven, construction-savvy Sales Executive to help build our presence from the ground up. This is a true paving sales role — not sealcoat and striping. You will be responsible for developing business, walking job sites, estimating work, and partnering with operations to successfully launch projects. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who understands how asphalt work is built and wants to play a key role in growing a new market. Responsibilities: What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) - Build and grow a book of business in the Phoenix market - Prospect and develop relationships with property managers, general contractors, HOAs, municipalities, and private owners - Perform job walks, assess site conditions, and define project scope - Prepare accurate estimates and proposals (OneCrew) - Secure profitable work across asphalt paving, patching, milling, grading, and related services - Maintain a strong pipeline and consistent bid activity - Partner with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs and exe...
