A Brief Overview: The Vascular Technologist Independently performs professional level vascular ultrasound assessments and a variety of non-invasive studies using ultrasound and related diagnostic equipment. Records and documents study results and preliminary clinical impressions as indicated. Performs various vascular testing to include: carotid, venous, and arterial vascular ultrasound studies. Knowledge of peripheral vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology is required. Provides excellent patient care while demonstrating exemplary core customer service skills.
