Job Description: - Scheduling of staff/team for location specific tasks. - Training of individuals for job/client/site specific tasks. - Communication directly with customer site, foreman, site manager. - Communication with Operations Manager, upcoming projects, potential issues. - Team progressive disciplinary actions and corrective measures – HSE communications.
