Production Supervisor - Night Shift

Job description

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise team and coordinate daily production schedules to meet quality and output goals. - Monitor employee performance, address underperformance, and resolve workplace disputes constructively. - Ensure all team members comply with safety regulations and use required PPE at all times. - Manage workforce assignments, and resolve bottlenecks to keep production on track. - Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action when needed. - Create new / edit existing operating procedures. - Maintain progressive knowledge of operating processes, procedures and the proper use of all equipment. - Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including QA, Safety, Engineering, Logistics and Maintenance. - Foster a positive and cooperative team environment by addressing conflict and promoting collaboration. - Comply with all NOV Quality, HSE and all other Company policies and procedures. - Maintain a clean & organized work area; utilize safe work habits. - Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
