Position Title: Assistant Women's Basketball Coach Location: Big Rapids (Main Campus) Department: 51600 - Gen Athletics Advertised Salary: $40,000 - $45,000. FLSA: Exempt Temporary/Continuing: Continuing Part-Time/Full-Time: Full-Time Union Group: N/A Term of Position: 12 Month At Will/Just Cause: At Will Summary of Position: Assist in planning and organizing all phases of a NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Program, including, but not limited to the following: recruiting, developing each student-athlete on and off the court, game preparation, team travel coordination, hiring work study employees, fundraising, community involvement, and coordinator of summer camps and clinics. Build relationships with AAU/High School Coaches/Programs in and out of the state of Michigan. Must be organized and able to adjust in a quick changing environment.
