Job Title: RTM Systems Engineer - #463 Location: Springfield, VA: Security Clearance: TS/SCI Required: ABOUT THE ROLE: The ideal RTM Systems Engineer combines systems engineering discipline with hands-on expertise in JIRA and Confluence to ensure accurate taxonomy, traceability, and synchronization across complex development efforts. This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of governance, technical rigor, and coordination across multiple programs and stakeholders.The RTM Systems Engineer creates and maintains accurate records in JIRA and Confluence of past, existing and planned development work in the form of Solution Epic Light Weight Business Cases, Solution Epic Minimum Viable Product Functions, Program Epic Light Weight Business Cases, and Program Epic Minimum Viable Product Functions and Features. DUTIES: - Ensures all elements of this taxonomy are linked correctly in parent-child relationships and that all dependencies are reflected in the appropriate JIRA fields, along with the correct Tags and Labels for each record. - Ensures that all team members operate on a set of common principles: a fixed schedule, an increment every two weeks, a common PI length, a...
