Home Care PCA Department: Home & CBS: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: St. Joseph, MI: Reporting To: Teresa Ford: Compensation: $19.00 - $20.97 / hour Description: Schedule: 40 hours per week | 8am - 4:30pm | Monday - Friday Department: Home Care | PACE of Southwest Michigan | St. Joseph, MI Travel Requirements: This role involves regular travel providing Home-Based Care. What You’ll Do: The Home Care Participant Care Assistant (PCA) provides essential in-home care and assistance to participants enrolled in the PACE program. You will work closely with the Home Care Supervisor to deliver compassionate, person-centered care and support activities of daily living. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
