Job Description: YOU…: - develop and implement test programs on state‑of‑the‑art ATE production testers with current focus on Teradyne J750 - work on wafer and final test for microcontroller devices with embedded non‑volatile memory (NVM) - develop, debug and verify test programs and test patterns on ATE in a secure laboratory environment - execute engineering and characterization tests on wafer level and packaged devices - optimize test programs to reduce test‑related yield losses - evaluate and analyze test data to support learning cycles regarding NVM settings and performance - document test results and ensure structured reporting - coordinate closely with design, concept,...
