Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for Centenary College located in Shreveport, LA. The Executive Chef will be responsible for all BOH daily culinary food and beverage operations for resident dining, retail and catering, as well as overall unit management. The Executive Chef will interact daily with an exceptional hourly staff, General Manager, and all managers to ensure that client expectations are being met and exceeded. What You'll Do: - be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting - ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented - have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations - ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance - have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems Wha...
