Position Summary: This individual will play an instrumental role in helping to strengthen our Medicare Telesales organization. Our Implementation Manager will be responsible for coordinating and implementing all initiatives through end-to- end program oversight across Internal and Vender Telesales operations. This individual will coordinate cross functionally to ensure processes are implemented to achieve key performance expectations. Present and consult with mid and senior management on business trends to develop new and enhanced processes.
