This individual combines the capabilities of a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Technical Navigator, and Change Manager, acting as the central coordination point between engineering teams, infrastructure, security, operations, and business stakeholders. This is a hands-on role for a high-energy, proactive, seasoned professional who thrives on removing blockers, driving momentum, and ensuring delivery outcomes while maintaining strong governance, risk, and compliance discipline. The Scrum Master ensures Scrum is understood and practiced effectively, while also managing operational tickets, technical dependencies, and release/change activities to keep delivery unblocked and predictable.
