The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: The HOBE operator is responsible for processing material within the HOBE department. Read and follow written, and verbal work instructions. Responsible for maintaining acceptable productivity rates and accuracy requirements. Responsible for machine setup, tools and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality product. Run the expander, belting, and HOBE Mill. Work as a team to complete HOBE trimming, expanding, hand routing, bonding, special process work, trimming of product and pre-packing.
