Job Type Full-time Description: Lead Systems Architect SUMMARY: Soliel is seeking a Lead Systems Architect to support enterprise architecture, systems engineering, and technical integration efforts across Department of War (DoW) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) programs. This position serves as a senior technical leader responsible for architecture development, systems integration, technical governance, and engineering support activities within complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in DoD enterprise architecture, systems engineering, technical solution development, and architecture modeling using industry-standard frameworks and tools. The candidate must be comfortable operating in collaborative Government environments involving cross-functional technical teams, stakeholder engagement, and evolving mission requirements. This role requires strong technical leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain architecture and engineering products supporting enterprise modernization initiatives.
