The opportunity As Team Manager HVDC Control & Protection IT and Cybersecurity, you will lead a team delivering secure IT/OT design solutions for HVDC Control & Protection systems across global projects. The role combines people leadership, cybersecurity-focused technical governance, and project execution. How youll make an impact Lead and support an IT/OT design team with strong focus on IT and cybersecurity. Build an inclusive, collaborative, high-performing team culture. Own and govern IT/OT and cybersecurity design for HVDC Control & Protection systems. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, IT/OT architecture, and engineering standards. Drive standardization, reuse, and continuous improvement of secure IT/OT solutions. Support projects during design, integration, testing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning. Collaborate closely with engineering, cybersecurity, and system solutions teams. Your background Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Automation, or similar.
