Job Purpose: Travel consultants are the heart of Amex GBT and provide outstanding service to our corporate business clients. As a team operations lead, you’ll support our travel consultants and ensure they have everything they need to support their clients. Every day in this role is different and requires a balance between analytical and communication skills. You’ll need to solve problems, see through processes, and communicate with partners throughout different parts of the organization to advocate for travel consultants and travelers.
