Description Company: LiveTrends Design Group: Position: Inventory Supervisor: Reports to: Inventory Manager: POSITION: · Oversees daily material flow to ensure accurate and timely support for Production. · Directs Inventory personnel and coordinates daily workflow. · Maintains system accuracy and ensures staging areas are organized and correct. · Enforces all inventory-related SOPs. · Serves as the primary communication link between Production and Inventory teams. · Demonstrates strong leadership, operational discipline, and clear communication. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES: · Manages daily inventory workflow, including assigning tasks, generating pick lists, ensuring picking stays ahead of production, monitoring accuracy and efficiency, and adjusting staffing based on changing workload. · Serves as the primary communication link with Production, communicating shortages, substitutions, material issues, and all updates through professional radio communication. · Ensures material accuracy and system integrity by verifying shortages, managing substitutions per SOP, supporting SAP / Versago updates, overseeing Line and Outbound Returns, confirming bin updates, and addressing recurring dis...
