Director, Global Compensation We’re seeking a strategic, business-minded Director of Global Compensation to lead compensation strategy in a Private Equity–backed, fast-paced industrial environment. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives on pace, complexity, and partnership—and who wants meaningful exposure to senior leaders. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a strong compensation team while partnering closely with business leaders, HR, Finance, and ownership to solve real business challenges—growth, performance, transformation, and talent outcomes.
