Overview The Director of Academic Advisment provides strategic leadership and oversight of academic advising services while supporting student recruitment initiatives. This role is responsible for enhancing student success, retention, and enrollment through comprehensive advising programs and targeted recruitment strategies. The Director collaborates with faculty, admissions, and student services to ensure a seamless student experience from prospective student engagement through program completion. The role provides programmatic support to the GSBMS’s Master’s and PhD Programs via four major areas of responsibility: recruitment, admissions, advisement, and administration. Responsibilities: Recruitment: Develop a thorough understanding of all GSBMS programs (Ph.D. and Master’s) and support multiple aspects of student recruitment across these offerings.
