Divisional Quality Supervisor – Specimen Services - RST DLMP and MCS ONLY

Job description

This position is open to RST DLMP and MCS ONLY Oversees specimen-services quality practices to ensure specimens are collected, labeled, transported, stored, and processed correctly prior to testing. Leads pre-analytical quality assurance, compliance readiness, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement to reduce errors and protect result integrity. Key responsibilities & qualifications: Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma familiarity preferred) and strong organizational/multitasking skills. *Individuals hired to this position are required to complete 2 years in this position before becoming eligible to transfer to other positions within Mayo Clinic. **This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
