Job Description The Facility Service Department’s (FSD) engineering team is a full-service MEP consulting engineering department, knowledgeable in the latest regulatory requirements and building codes. We provide engineering assessments, design drawings, bid documents and construction administration for a wide variety of projects from small renovations to complete laboratories. The Mechanical Engineer will provide engineering support for facility projects, primarily HVAC system design (air and water), process piping/ductwork, as well as plumbing and fire protection systems. This position will be responsible for the design and construction oversight of new spaces/renovations and modifications to the existing building systems in concert with other disciplines for offices, laboratories/cleanrooms, and other similar spaces.
