Description Summary : We are seeking a friendly, motivated Bilingual Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and creating a positive shopping experience. This role focuses primarily on jewelry sales, while also assisting guests with electronics, tools, and other merchandise. The ideal candidate is welcoming, dependable, and excited to help guests find the perfect item while contributing to store sales goals. Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming store experience. 2. Assist guests in selecting jewelry and merchandise that fits their needs and budget. 3. Educate guests about jewelry basics such as gold quality, diamonds, and gemstones (training is provided) 4. Promote Karat Rewards, Trade-In and Jewelry Trade-Up programs to encourage repeat visits. 5. Support high-value and special occasion sales with confidence and professionalism. 6.
