Job Description Summary: The Clinical Lead Respiratory Therapist will serve as a resource person for respiratory therapy staff within their department, unit or area to include coordination of clinical processes and activities, associate orientation and training, process and quality oversight, and integration into the staffing plan. Responsibilities And Duties: 55% - Assessment/Planning/Implementation/Evaluation: 1. Prepares and administers all respiratory care procedures and/or testing provided by the department, recording pertinent data within the electronic medical record.
