Position: Dispatcher: Shift: Monday through Friday 3pm -10pm & Saturday 11am-4pm Pay: $20/hr. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: 2+ years of Customer Service Experience. - Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques. - Ensure that dispatching is completed with emphasis on cost effectiveness and time efficient manner. - Maintain current knowledge of routes and locations to assure timely service and accurate information. - Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions. - Interact and communicate with staff in a professional manner. - Utilize critical thinking skills. - Utilize tracking/dispatching software. - Maintain regular attendance and dependability. - Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills. - Have excellent comp...
