You’ll be working in a team alongside peers always trying to reach the next level, reporting to the Senior Manager , Global Business Services EU PBS . Your main responsibility will be to drive payroll process in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany , and Czech Republic with our payroll providers and continually improve the processes, including payroll and employee data management. You will also be responsible for supporting us in implementing the agenda for transformation, putting employee and business partner’s experience firmly in the centre of what we do. You will be supported in delivery by our GCC team in India .
