Position Summary: As a Senior Manager HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic human resources business partner within a retail Division of approximately 1,000-1,600 stores and 22,000 colleagues. This role will allow you to support a Region Director with approximately 140 stores. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing components of the people strategy at Division and Region levels. You will also utilize human resources centers of excellence (COE) to advise, inform and execute the strategy.
