Position Summary The Agency Billing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the accuracy and efficiency of agency billing accounting operations within Novatae’s wholesale division. This role ensures the timely payment and accurate reconciliation of agency bill accounts, trust accounting activities, and financial transactions related to brokerage operations. This position functions as a subject matter expert and senior resource within the accounting team. The role requires strong decision-making ability, deep knowledge of insurance accounting operations, and the ability to independently manage complex reconciliations and financial processes with minimal oversight. Primary Responsibilities: Agency Bill Reconciliation: - Manage and oversee reconciliation of agency bill accounts to ensure accuracy of recorded financial transactions. - Investigate discrepancies and partner with internal departments to resolve reconciliation issues..
