The Team Leader Housing Pathways and Tenancy Advocacy will operate under limited direction from the Senior Manager, Youth Services and Housing Pathways and undertake a range of functions following operational policies, practices, and guidelines. This position will lead and support staff in the Youth Services and Housing Pathways unit, providing day to day operational management and oversight of the programs reporting to this role, including: Aboriginal Tenancy Support and Advocacy (ATSA) Aboriginal Private Rental Assistance: Program (APRAP) Children Youth Resources (CYR): Housing Pathways Support Program: (HPSP): This position is within an exciting new unit at GEGAC which is growing in line with the Victorian Aboriginal Housing and Homelessness Framework (Mana-na worn tyeen maar-takoort). This unit provides specialist housing and homelessness support and consultation to the other teams at GEGAC and external stakeholders.
