Plant Facilities Manager

Job description

The Plant Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the facility maintenance, operations, and engineering departments across 2 to 3 shifts. The Plant Engineering Manager ensures uninterrupted production operations through the management of breakdown support, facility maintenance, facility upgrade project management and general facilities engineering services. This role is responsible to ensure adequate working conditions for all employees. The Plant Engineering Manager coordinates and prioritizes both internal maintenance resources and purchased services as well as the coordination of plant cleaning activities through a contracted service. The Plant Engineering Manager supports Stellantis Industrial Systems (SIS) initiatives, methods and processes and manages S IS domains as appropriate. The Plant Engineering Manager is responsible for continued certification under ISO 14001 environment and ISO 50001 energy. This position is a main point of contact for development and analysis of additional business opportunities for the plant, the point person for SOX maintenance compliance and is responsible for Powerhouse, wastewater, and supplemental energy contracts.
