Key Responsibilities: - Perform general building maintenance (e.g., drywall repairs, zone valve replacements, thermostat maintenance) - Handle minor plumbing repairs - Track and complete work orders - Assist Maintenance Technicians as required - Contribute to project work - Conduct preventative maintenance - Perform other duties as assigned Experience/Education Preference: - Plumbing & HVAC Experience is desired. - High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work experience in a similar occupation or applicable education is desired. - 5th Class Power Engineering certificate is an asset. - Must have valid Class 5 driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract.
