Job description

Location: Bennington,Vermont,United States Bennington College welcomes applications for the Director of Health Services position. The Director provides high-quality, culturally sensitive, and gender affirming general health care for common and recurring medical needs, supervising and coordinating a small administrative and clinical team. This position works in close partnership with the Director of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) to support overall wellness operations. Bennington College’s Health Center functions as an integrative care center offering both medical and counseling services in collaboration with the Wellness Unit. As a part of the Student Life team, the Director will report to the Associate Dean and Director of Integrative Wellness, collaborating with all Student Life units as well as other administrative and academic units as needed, including the Director of CAPS and CAPS team members. The Director of Health Services works clinically with students and provides quality assurance of staff, including interns.
