This role serves as a trusted advisor, helping members achieve financial success through consultative conversations, accurate transaction processing, and deep knowledge of credit union products and services. The Member Wellness Coach is responsible for resolving routine and complex requests, supporting operational excellence, and contributing to a positive, high‑performance team environment.
